About the Role:

HqO is seeking a France Sales Manager to join its fast-growing, market-leading team. The individual will be a key member of our Paris-based team as we manage exciting growth.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads and increase pipeline opportunities in France and continental Europe
  • Schedule online and in-person product demonstrations for the France team
  • Educate clients and prospects about Tenant Experience (TeX) and the use of software
  • Develop and own relationships with commercial real estate landlords and managers iUndertake needs assessment and product demonstration calls with specific prospects
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Remain knowledgeable on CRE market trends, emerging markets and market shifts 
  • Conduct market research into regional markets and opportunities as required 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the France Managing Director to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
  • Work internally with other departments in the US and the UK to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations during pitches
  • Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences
  • Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business
  • Manage CRM data and collaborate with our marketing team to forecast sales projections
  • Consult with our product team as we innovate, build, and enhance our product

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently yet as part of a small and fast-paced team
  • 5+ years of previous client-facing experience Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, proficient in English
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design effective processes, and prioritize ruthlessly
