About the Role


HqO is seeking an analytical and operational minded self-starter to join our growing Delivery Management team. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of the tools, data, and processes that make the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams run. This newly created position is critical to both operational efficiency and guaranteeing the success of the EPD teams.

The Product Operations Manager will report to the Director of Delivery Management and work closely with the Sales Operations, Customer, Design, Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize the key EPD support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of HqO and our teams
  • Define and maintain process adherence with EPD team members
  • Participate in process definition and optimization for cross-functional activities such as Go-To-Market activities, Product Prioritization, and a communications strategy to drive internal alignment
  • Define and maintain best practices within the EPD organization including but not limited to scrum ceremonies, EPD team member onboarding, cross-functional communication, goal setting, and EPD’s continuing education program
  • The ability to dig in, understand the data, find where processes are breaking down and implement solutions
  • Manage the executive-level reporting for EPD, creating dashboards and presentations that will be used for leadership meetings



  • 5-7 years of product operations or product management experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and activating tools across an organization with input from multiple stakeholders
  • Deep experience with product management best practices, agile methodologies, and the ability to adapt them to meet HqO’s business needs
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong process management and operational background and expert level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Looker, G Suite, etc.
  • Experience with other project management tools (e.g. Aha, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) a plus
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design effective processes, and prioritize ruthlessly
