Tenant Experience Consultant - Paris

One of the keys to being thought leaders in the field of Tenant Experience for commercial real estate companies is driving a world class customer experience between HqO and the companies utilizing our solution.  The Tenant Experience Consultant role at HqO is focused on ensuring that customers realize value through the use of our application and have a fantastic time doing it. The Tenant Experience Consultant must be an expert in managing the full customer life cycle, from onboarding and adoption, to expansion and renewals.  This person is a team player, critical problem solver, and is hungry for customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle
  • Obsessively understand and document customer goals
  • Create and execute success plans
  • Drive creative and successful launch events at our customer buildings
  • Negotiate promotions and deals with retail outlets surrounding the client sites
  • Monitor product usage and creatively engage to drive adoption
  • Identify churn risk and strategy to prevent/reduce churn
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Establish multi-level relationships across different personas
  • Become a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Success
  • Comp: Base + Bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • French + English fluent
